The Quality Policy of Decskill aims to ensure the continuous adaptation of the company to the dynamism and demands of the Information and Communication Technologies sector, encouraging the involvement of all our employees in pursuing the objectives expressed in our mission, vision, values, and annual goals.<\/p>\n

Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our mission is to deliver value through knowledge, and it is the pursuit of this purpose that motivates us daily to become better, more informed, innovative, and competitive. We believe that delivering value through knowledge is achieved from three perspectives:<\/p>\n

People<\/strong>: through people, their ability to understand and master technology, and the deep knowledge they possess of each specific economic sector.<\/p>\n

Services<\/strong>: through our services and solutions, where knowledge of business processes is crucial and makes the difference.<\/p>\n

Methodologies<\/strong>: through methodologies, where our expertise in Agile practices, training, coaching, as well as modern service delivery models in the development area, are key differentiators.<\/p>\n

Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be the global meeting point of a digital community that shares, in an intense and innovative way, a committed attitude towards the current digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Values<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decskill is guided by a well-defined principle: each client is a priority.
We build close relationships based on integrity and conduct, always striving for the highest standards of effectiveness. We are driven by a clear ambition: to consistently exceed expectations, no matter how high they may be.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decskill\u2019s Quality Policy is supported by a set of objectives defined annually by the management team during the strategic planning cycle, aiming to strengthen the organization\u2019s continuous improvement while ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, employees, partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

In this context, three types of objectives are considered:<\/p>\n
