Our CoEs are created to serve our customers, partners, and teams, and always have at least 3 elements:
The CoE team is usually dedicated for a period of time.
A specific area of focus or capability, usually taking into consideration market demand and trends.
The objective of the CoE, could be search, development of MVPs, training, or support to the organization through best practices. In addition, our CoEs are created with a focus on digital transformation, and topics such as efficiency and growth are part of their vocabulary and spirit.
