The Quality Policy of Decskill aims to ensure the continuous adaptation of the company to the dynamism and demands of the Information and Communication Technologies sector, encouraging the involvement of all our employees in pursuing the objectives expressed in our mission, vision, values, and annual goals.

Objectives
Decskill’s Quality Policy is supported by a set of objectives defined annually by the management team during the strategic planning cycle, aiming to strengthen the organization’s continuous improvement while ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, employees, partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
In this context, three types of objectives are considered:
• Strategic
• Operational
• Financial
Each objective is associated with a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that is monitored according to the established frequency.
