In the ATTRACT process, is clear which communication and channels are used to ensure that we have a consistent and effective experience of the SOURCING phase. In the Decskill community, we create initiatives such as "referrals", which rewards referrals.
With a concrete client request, we seek to identify the resource - the MATCH phase. A "match" based on client and resource history, which will have aligned in the growth of both. The history gives us a competitive advantage by the value of the data we collect from the consultant and the client.
We assume a follow-up and close relationship through personal contact - EXPECTATION & PROGRESS phase. This relationship allows us to accompany the resource with the objective of making it grow. We manage the relationship with the consultant with access to control and engage tools.
Recognition of specialized talent is promoted with knowledge sharing spaces with customers and the Decskill community itself.
